F350 automatic edge banding machine is focusing on process on 45 degrees bevel with straight edge, as know as X shape or invisible handle.

 

 

F350 automatic edge banding machine working process is pre-milling, strip slotting, gluing, heating, bonding, end cutting, cleaning, trimming, scraping, polishing. 

 

 

The body of the machine is welded with high-strength structural steel plates, with high strength and stability, and the surface is treated with anti-rust and electrostatically sprayed. Straight-edged plates are directly milled with a 45-degree beveled straight edge.

 

 

Gluing pot type gluing system:

Gluing 1: direct injection of PUR/EVA glue;

Gluing 2: Connect to a PUR glue machine (optional).

One machine with two functions (PUR/EVA), one-button glue removal, free replacement.
