It adopts a standard two-color PUR glue machine with a no-clean glue pot design. The control screen supports one-click switching between two different colors of glue, white and natural. You can choose reasonably according to your needs, and the edge will be more natural after edge banding.

Equipped with 13 pressing wheels, 5 offset pressing wheels, which do not damage the board, and press in the same direction, and 8 offset rubber wheel pressing, with low maintenance cost and improved bonding firmness.

The minimum width of the machine plate is 120mm, and the minimum length is 140mm, double polishing can use corresponding polishing according to the color depth of the plate. The polishing cloth wheel is not mixed, and the polishing effect is better. There are medium speed and high speed for edge sealing. The medium speed is 13m/min, which is suitable for aluminum honeycomb panels and wood boards. The high speed is 23m/min, which is suitable for wood board edge sealing.

The work process includes separation, gluing, bongding, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, scraping, and polishing.
